Dawn Palmer

Dawn Palmer is a Biotechnology professional with over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, supporting first-in-human programs through commercialization across modalities, including biologics, combination products, cell therapies and small molecules. Expertise in all aspects of cGMP Quality, including raw materials/Supplier Quality management, internal and external audits, CMO selection, person in plant, technology transfer, facility commissioning/qualification, QC/QA Operations, product disposition, regulatory submissions/RTQ and inspection preparation/management. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Neuroscience from Oberlin College.
