Mihaela Marian

Mihaela Marian is a Quality and Compliance professional with 30 + years of experience in biologics.  Her expertise spans from testing and Quality Control, to Quality Systems framework, Quality Assurance and global regulatory requirements.  She has a proven track record as an experienced auditor and has conducted numerous internal and external compliance audits worldwide.  Her hands on experience leading many of the organizations such as analytical sciences and Quality Control gives her a unique perspective in developing gap assessments and remediation plans in collaboration with the audited organizations.  Mihaela holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Babes-Bolyai University, is an active member of ASQ and PDA and is fluent in English, French and Romanian.
